Max Pinto: Director, Parthenon Capital Partners

Max Pinto is currently the Director of Strategy and Implementation for Parthenon Capital. He focuses on building value in the Parthenon portfolio through assisting companies with strategic and operational initiatives. Prior to joining Parthenon, Max worked at the Parthenon Group, where he developed growth strategy for and conducted diligence of mid-market companies. Max earned his B.A. in Economics from Williams College and an M.B.A from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth. He is excited to join the Runway board and looks forward to helping the organization grow.

Rebecca Muse-Orlinoff: Head of Marketing for Harbor Capital Advisors

Rebecca Muse-Orlinoff, CFA, is the Head of Marketing for Harbor Capital Advisors, an investment management firm based in Chicago. Rebecca attended Amherst College where she played rugby and squash, graduating in 2003 with a B.A. in Fine Arts. She lives in Concord, MA with her husband Justin Teman and two kids, Levi and Zara. She and her two sisters are all breast cancer previvors with the BRCA1 genetic mutation. She has been a supporter of Runway for Recovery for many years, most recently participating on the event committee for Love Local, Concord.

Nicole Merhill is the Director of the Office for Gender Equity (OGE) at Harvard University and serves as the University’s Title IX Coordinator. Nicole has more than 15 years of civil rights experience in various protected class statuses, including sex, race, color, national origin, disability, and age.
