Rally for Runway: Couture & Core

Coming together as a community is one of the most powerful ways we can do good in the fight against breast cancer. Runway for Recovery is proud to partner with Runway Model Avamarie Warden and instructor @mcqueenfitness for a special Rally event, Core & Couture: Pilates for a Purpose, on Saturday, May 30 at 3:00 p.m. in Brooklyn, NY.

Hosted at The Floor on Atlantic, this curated Pilates experience is designed to blend mindful movement, soft strength, and community care in a welcoming and supportive space.

More than just a workout class, Core & Couture is an opportunity to slow down, reconnect, and move with intention alongside a community united in supporting families facing breast cancer.

This all-levels experience will include a guided Pilates flow, breathwork and grounding practices, core-strengthening and sculpt movements, gentle stretching, and time to reset and connect with others. Light refreshments will also be provided following class, and a virtual participation option will be available for those joining from afar.

Whether you are an experienced Pilates lover or simply looking for a meaningful way to give back, this event is designed to leave you feeling strong, grounded, empowered, and inspired.
