We are looking for volunteers Monday, October 26 through Friday, October 30 to help us prepare Model materials, organize and transport clothing, set the ballroom, support the event, pack up after the show, and get everything back where it belongs. Choose a route below based on the area that works best for you. You must have access to a car and be able to safely store the clothing overnight. Important: All clothing picked up Wednesday must be delivered to the Westin Boston Seaport on Thursday, October 29 between 12:00–1:00 PM. When the show ends around 9:00 PM, you’ll help carefully organize and pack Model clothing for return to our participating boutiques. Important: This role requires a commitment to both Thursday evening AND Friday, October 30. Volunteers will then take a designated group of clothing with them Thursday night and return it to the participating boutiques on Friday, October 30. You must have access to a car and be available for both Thursday evening and Friday returns. Yes! Following the show, this team will pack up the Swag table and transport remaining merchandise and supplies in their cars for return to the Runway office. Yes! Thursday, October 29 — Post-Show Clean-Up CrewAround 9:30 PM | Westin Boston Seaport | 4-6 volunteer spots | Make sure it isn’t just Olivia and her small but mighty team left at the end of the night! Once the final guest has left, help us gather event décor and supplies, pack everything up, and load it all into the Runway car. Many hands make for a much faster end to an incredible night! Yes! I can stay after the show and help with clean-up and loading the Runway car FRIDAY, OCTOBER 30Friday, October 30 — Runway Unload + Reset12:00 PM | Runway Office, Newburyport | 4 volunteer spots | Help us with one final post-show push! Meet Olivia at the Runway office at noon to unload event décor, supplies, and other materials from the Runway car and help us get everything back into the office and organized. Yes! I can help with the Runway Unload + Reset beginning at 12:00 PM Friday, October 30 — Designer Shipping + Returns2:00 PM–3:00 PM | Runway Office, Newburyport | 2-4 volunteer spots| Help us sort, package, label, and prepare clothing for shipment back to designers following the Runway Show. You will take them to the Shipping Store in Newburyport upon completion. Perfect for anyone who loves organization and wants to help us get everything safely packed up and back where it belongs! Yes!
