A fun, feel-good class that blends classical Pilates with playful, modern movement to build strength, improve mobility, and keep you moving with ease. No experience needed—just come ready to move, laugh, and support something meaningful. You’ll leave feeling energized, refreshed, and strong.
The class will be taught by Runway Model Melissa, a breast cancer survivor who lit up the runway this past October in Boston. Her strength, resilience, and energy make this class especially meaningful for our community.
After class, stay to connect and enjoy sparkling water, organic juice shots, and energy bites, along with time to build community with others who care deeply about this cause. Each participant will also receive a complimentary Handful sports bra.
