Lengthen and strengthen with this full body, energizing barre workout. Move from the center floor, to the barre and then on the mat to challenge your arms, legs, booty and abs. Intermittent cardio bursts are thrown in to get your heart pumping! Light weights and lots of repetitions will tone and strengthen your arms. Paired to good music, movements flow rhythmically and seamlessly as if you are dancing. Be prepared to sweat and wake-up some muscles you never knew you had! Workout on Saturday morning with Belinda Gower Studio and get ready for Love for Runway on May 29th!
