Runway and Forme Barre Nantucket are joining forces this August on the beach for an incredible morning class. Forme Method Barre is a dynamic combination of pilates\, ballet and strength training that will transform your body. Our expert instructors will lead you through a 45-minute\, high-energy barre class\, where you will work every muscle group\, stretch intentionally\, and leave you feeling energized and strong.
