DESCRIPTION:On November 11th\, the Laguna Beach community will come together in support of Runway for Recovery\, a nonprofit dedicated to families impacted by breast cancer. The day begins with a 11:00 a.m. Ride class at Vessel\, followed by a Sip & Shop experience in downtown Laguna featuring local favorites from 11:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. \nRide is a 45-minute indoor cycling class with highly choreographed classes to the beat of the music. Other than an incredible workout\, Vessel strives to uplift and inspire you. Expect to be greeted with a smile\, ride in a class led by our very own Steph Chapel\, and leave wanting to come back again and again. \nAll proceeds will benefit Runway for Recovery’s Family Grant Program\, which provides $10\,000–$30\,000 in direct funding to families who have experienced a metastatic diagnosis or the loss of a parent to breast cancer. These grants ease financial burdens so families can focus on what truly matters: time together. With funds supporting families in Orange and LA Counties\, every dollar raised on November 11th will directly impact neighbors in our community facing the unimaginable. \nGrab your tickets!

DESCRIPTION:Coming together as a community is one of the most powerful ways we can make a difference in the fight against breast cancer. Runway for Recovery x Energy Barre are joining forces for the fourth time for a special Rally event on May 28 at 6:30 p.m. \nThis year’s event will be co-hosted by two members of Runway for Recovery’s Young Professional Advisory Board\, Mollie Pimentel and Amanda Fakhiri\, bringing together a community passionate about supporting families facing breast cancer. \nOur partnership with Energy Barre began through Boston Runway Model Brienne Black\, a beloved instructor in the Energy Barre community. In honor of Brienne and the impact breast cancer has had on her life\, we will gather for an evening of movement\, connection\, and purpose. \nThis special class at The Energy Barre is designed to get you moving\, sweating\, and feeling amazing. It blends barre-inspired movements with a full-body workout\, cardio bursts\, and powerful strength exercises that challenge your muscles and elevate your energy. Expect a mix of strength\, stability\, endurance\, and power that will leave you feeling strong\, empowered\, and accomplished. \nBeyond the workout\, this class is about the energy in the room. You’ll be surrounded by an incredible community that makes everyone feel welcome\, supported\, and comfortable from the moment you walk in. \nFeel free to bring your own mat if you’d like (we also have mats and equipment available at the studio). Bring water\, come ready to sweat\, and most importantly—be ready to have some fun! \nIf you have ever taken one of Brienne’s cardio dance classes\, you already know the incredible joy and energy she brings to the room. Their stories are a meaningful reminder of why this work matters and the impact we can have together. \nThroughout the month of May and leading up to the event\, Concord businesses will once again rally in support of Runway for Recovery—hosting special promotions\, donating a portion of proceeds\, and creating unique experiences that give back to families facing metastatic breast cancer. Concord\, On the May Yoga and Belinda Gower Studio\, are hosting special Rally for Runway events throughout the week to bring the community together in support of families facing breast cancer. \nWe are grateful to close out the week with Belinda Gower Studio\, which will host the final Rally of the week on June 6 with two morning classes\, with all proceeds benefiting Runway for Recovery. \nJoin Belinda for an energizing\, full-body workout designed to lengthen\, strengthen\, and leave you feeling empowered. This dynamic class moves from the center floor to the barre and onto the mat\, challenging your arms\, legs\, glutes\, and core through intentional\, high-repetition movements. Intermittent cardio bursts will elevate your heart rate while light weights help tone and strengthen your upper body. \nSet to great music and flowing movement\, the class feels rhythmic and uplifting — almost like dancing — while delivering a powerful workout. Be prepared to sweat and wake up muscles you didn’t even know you had\, all while supporting an incredible cause. Participants are encouraged to wear pink\, bring friends\, and take part in the celebration. The studio will also be selling Happy on Main pink Beyond Yoga items as part of the Rally festivities. \nParticipants will register directly through Belinda Gower Studio\, with all proceeds donated to Runway for Recovery.
