DESCRIPTION:Coming together as a community is one of the most powerful ways we can make a difference for families impacted by breast cancer and loss. \nJoin Runway for Recovery on Sunday\, August 16 at 8:30 a.m. as we partner with Fit4aCause for a special summer community workout. \nSpend the day with us in Concord\, New Hampshire for the Fit4aCause Triple Challenge\, a fun\, non-competitive event that brings the community together to move for a cause. Participants can bike 3\, 5\, or 10 miles\, run or walk a 5K\, and complete five bootcamp stations or enjoy a yoga session. Featuring a live DJ\, Kids Fun Run\, local sponsors\, and more\, this family-friendly event is a great way to support Runway for Recovery while making a difference together. This 50-minute\, full-body workout is designed for all experience levels and focuses on building strength\, improving mobility\, and enhancing core stability through guided reformer exercises. With just 12 participants per class\, you’ll enjoy personalized instruction in a supportive environment while moving with purpose—helping families affected by breast cancer every step of the way. \nWe are especially grateful to Young Professionals Advisory Board Member and Legacy Model Erica Mahlo for hosting this special Rally for Runway class at Club Pilates Sudbury.
