DESCRIPTION:Join us on June 10th at 10:30 a.m. for the first Rally for Runway\, Pure Barre Darien event! This class will be a Strength + Power class\, and we so thrilled to be partnering with the Darien\, CT community to host this event.\n\nPure Barre Define fuses concepts from our classic barre technique with weight-based strength training to develop muscular strength and power. In 50 minutes\, you will experience the best of our Pure Barre technique fundamentals combined with additional dumbbell training in functional movements to enhance muscular definition and build confidence in your form.\n\nThis event is being held to honor the memory of Catena Altamura who passed away in July 2024 from metastatic breast cancer. Her cousin\, Megan Schinella will be hosting this event to honor the life that Catena lived and to ensure that families and kiddos are supported after these unimaginable losses.
