DESCRIPTION:Coming together as a community is one of the most powerful ways we can make a difference for families impacted by metastatic breast cancer and loss. \nJoin Runway for Recovery on Saturday\, September 26 at 1:00 p.m. as we partner with Club Pilates\, Sudbury for a special summer community workout. \nJoin us at Club Pilates Sudbury for a special Rally for Runway Reformer Pilates class benefiting Runway for Recovery. This 50-minute\, full-body workout is designed for all experience levels and focuses on building strength\, improving mobility\, and enhancing core stability through guided reformer exercises. With just 12 participants per class\, you’ll enjoy personalized instruction in a supportive environment while moving with purpose—helping families affected by breast cancer every step of the way. \nWe are especially grateful to Young Professionals Advisory Board Member and Legacy Model Erica Mahlo for hosting this special Rally for Runway class at Club Pilates Sudbury.
